Ag Expo & Safety Days

LOGO 2021.jpg

The Ag Expo & Safety Days is a day-long expo where third and fourth grade students in Uinta County learn various aspects of agriculture as they rotate through multiple interactive stations set up at the fairgrounds.

Volunteers from the County Extension Office, US Forest Service, Wyoming State Forestry, Farm Bureau and County Weed & Pest, along with other Uinta County professionals and citizens, teach the far-reaching importance of agriculture in our lives.

The Ag Expo is held in the spring of odd-numbered years.
The next Expo will be in the spring of 2023.

Over 800 students and volunteers participated in our 2019 Ag Expo and Safety Days!

The Uinta County Conservation District thanks all of the local volunteers who take time to prepare and present interactive lessons for the students!
