Septic System Remediation Cost
Share Program
|
| |
If you are a Uinta County resident who
feels your septic may be contaminating surface water, you may be
eligible for this cost-share program. We are currently working on
implementing eleven septic system remediation projects.
Faulty septic systems are a potential source of e.
coli in our local streams. Both the Blacks Fork and
Smiths Fork rivers have been listed on the Wyoming Department of
Environmental Quality's 303(d) list of impaired waters for e. coli
bacteria. Take the Home-owner's Self Assessment in the Septic
Brochure below, and let us help you with your septic concerns!
